Returns & Exchanges

We hope you are delighted with your Diptyque purchase; however, if you are not entirely satisfied, we offer complimentary returns on all orders within 30 days of receipt, provided the items remain in their original packaging with the protective film intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully place the unused products in their original Diptyque box, ensuring any complimentary samples included in the original shipment are also returned if applicable.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid return label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup at your convenience.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our boutique team inspects and approves the returned merchandise, a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 7 to 10 business days.
